AI Upskilling

Since the early days of the Internet, I learned to use more keywords to get better results.  It’s certainly easier to use a few words, but the results are often useless.  Since AI has been built into browsers, people have started asking longer and more detailed questions.  I think that’s a natural progression.  And you certainly get much better results!

Today, IEN posted an article about AI Upskilling.  They are correct.  It’s all about process.  See my post from 2011, Build to Sell, where I posted that Businesses aren’t really worth much until they have their processes documented into the business’ knowledge base.

For decades, companies have been putting troubleshooting and support information into Knowledge Bases.  Today that Knowledge Base can also be an input for your own private AI Tool.

I’m a member of the Family Office Club.  On their website there is an AI link. It only goes to a picture, since it is only a Sales Tool.  But as a Member, I have access to those private AI tools.  They have already saved me so much time!

Keep learning AI.  It already can help with so many things.  Try them all and compare results.  You’ll see the different spin they take with the same prompt.  Make to to always review and fully understand the result.  A human knowledgeable about the topic needs to review it before the result can be accepted.
